Conference Room Rate Ends Soon!
If you’re attending Real Places 2025 and planning to take advantage of one of our discounted room blocks, now is the time to make your reservation! We have room blocks at both the conference venue, the Renaissance Austin Hotel, and a lower-priced overflow room block at the nearby Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Arboretum. Both are filling up fast.
A limited number of rooms in the Renaissance Austin Hotel are available at the government per diem rate and have been set aside for attendees whose employers require that rate. Book a room directly in the government per diem room block at the Renaissance Austin Hotel.
Book a room directly in the conference room block for the Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Arboretum (the nearby overflow room block) for $149 per night. Some nights in the Embassy Suites room block have sold out. If the room rate comes up as anything other than $149, click on the dates to adjust them and click "Update." The room rate should change to $149 if the rate is available for your nights.
The room blocks close at 5 p.m. on March 31. Don’t miss your chance to book at the discounted rate.
Don’t forget you can attend online. As a virtual attendee, you can still catch all keynote and breakout sessions, the THC Awards Banquet, and other award presentations.
Recordings will be archived for viewing up to 60 days after the conference (for both in-person and virtual attendees). There's no reason to choose between great concurrent sessions—watch them all at your convenience!
Continuing education credits are available again this year for planners and licensed architects—check out the sessions now!
Members of the American Institute of Certified Planners and American Institute of Architects can meet licensing and certification requirements by attending numerous Real Places sessions.
Act Now to Save
The chance to save on conference registration is ending soon! Regular pricing is available through March 21.
On March 22, late pricing goes into effect until the conference registration closes on April 4.
Register Now, Pay Later Option Ends Soon
At Real Places, we give you the opportunity to register and be invoiced later. It lets you save money by securing current rates before they increase and not missing out on discounts due to delays in purchasing processes.
You can still take advantage of this, but only for a limited time, as the “please invoice me” option will only last until March 24.
To register at a lower rate and pay later, complete the registration process as normal up to the payment page at the end. The options for payment are credit card or “please invoice me.” Select the latter, and you’re all set! Just make sure you do this by March 24.
